Do you have trouble putting on a smile when approaching a set? Does it just feel fake? Well there is a way that you can solve that quite easily. Practice! Whenever you are alone, perhaps surfing this website, put on a huge smile and just leave it there until your cheeks become sore. Make this apart of your alone time and sooner or later, putting on a fake smile won't even seem fake but like a natural part of daily interaction. Before you know it, you'll find it hard not to put on a smile. Good luck

I'm still an rAFC, but I've been reading many different pick up artists methods. One thing I thought was interesting was Jugglers idea of smiling at a woman. INSTEAD of smiling at her when she catches your eye, so having a serious face, then she sees you and you smile, it seems forced and almost weird. She'll wonder why you're smiling at her. However, he suggests, talking to someone, or thinking of something funny before hand, start smiling THEN catch her eye contact, that way she'll respond with a smile out of reflex, and it looks natural.
I believe, IF you're approaching a set and they're already smiling at you, it's courtesy to smile back, OR go in like I mentioned before hand. I've found recently Jugglers method works quite well, I was listening to a comical song before hand, I started smiling and have had a few women look at me, and smile back. In other words, I think the lesson I picked up is DON'T fake the smile before hand, actually have something to smile about, come off as that guy that's a genuinely happy warm guy, not someone who's on the prowl and using the smile as a method of "trying to get laid."
