Alright so I have a girl that I tried to get myself over to her house for dinner and such for Thursday night.

She throws out I have a date that night so I just respond with so that is what the girls are calling it these days ... blah blah and so on. Basically I am not sure how to approach this now where I ended the blackberry messenger conversation with

Oh nevermind enjoy your lame date dorky.

she texted back with what?

Anyway to handle this so I am the guy going on this "date" thursday and not some other dude?

My guess is no.

Based on how you told it, she either has a date with someone else or is shooting you down.
