best advice is combining it with loads of running and biking. Make your muscles short, this will expose them more.

Ive been doing Muay Thai for 4 months now and it has to be one of the best sports out there.
Its Amazingly aggressive and furious. I have noticed that being flexible, as the guys have already stated, gives you such an advantage over others.

I cut both my baby toes open last night, then caught a cold and I cant go tonight :(
I train 4 days a week and its great for my health.

More people need to do this sport I think. We had a bunch of hot girls in the class but they left. All of them.

Checking out a few exercises I can introduce to the class.

I've been doing muay thai for the past 4 months, the muscles that are most important are calves, femoral biceps (these are the muscles behind your quadraceps, and shoulders (throwing punches at thai pads and focus mitts really take it out of you!). But overall work on your endurance, skip, run or bike, this will really make you take to learning the techniques much more easily since you won't be gasping for air after warm up exercises. Hope this helps and good luck in your learning of the art of eight limbs!

I fight a pro fight in March and I am an amateur. Plus I get to fight my coach who is amazing.
Why do I pay for this?
