ive allways had a problem with starting the day off good and in state but as the day goes on falling out of state and turning beta then when trying to get myself together i start acting weird can someone explain this and help me with this problem

I am in the EXACT same boat as you. I think what might help you is doing a second warm up when you feel your game is dropping.

Maybe try some NLP to link a song and body movements to get you back into state.
