At this stage im hard, put it on.

Couldnt put it in becuase it was getting limp.
And it felt like nothing could get me up again at that stage

There can be many reasons for this, but only nervousness (performance anxiety) comes to mind. You saw it get limp, and you got nervous, and started focusing on it and got more nervous, until you completely lost focus on what you were about to do (Sex) and got turned off.

Happens to all of us one time or the other. Remember the same happened to Style in "The Game" when he was about to screw a hot porn star in a bar's toilet :D

Wouldn't worry unless it happens consistently.

Try using different condoms. Some are more sensitive and pleasurable than others. Once you can enjoy the feeling you get from a condom the problem will go away.

But lets face it. You ARE putting a balloon on your dick. It's always a little embarrassing.

It is the difference between 6 amazing orgasims and 1 or 2 alright ones. Also the difference between 8 inches and 9n1/2. More blood flow=more pleasure and hormones.

This definitely happens to the best of us. It happened to me for the first time a while back. She actually solved the riddle of why it happened for me. She asked me, "You aren't attracted to me are you?". I think that was exactly why it happened. I just wanted to get my dick wet, and didn't care who it was with that night. Lesson learned.

exercises like squatting (barbell on your shoulders, bending through your knees) release a LOT of extra testosterone, thats why a lot of people do these first before moving on to other exercises
