A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.

It is NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.

A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

Maybe its not even acne at all?..

could be some form of dermatitus, perhaps you're getting small allergic reactions to something; keep your face clean, try not to touch your face with you fingers - and try using Hydrocortizone cream, it's a steroid based concoxion to treat inflamation / redness - it works wonders for me when I break out a little bit..

-Illusionist
I suspected something like that from the start. But these spots have been here for over a year now. Sometimes there are pimples, but I deal with them.

I'm trying face masks and face cleansers at the moment. Hopefully I'll get good results in a few days or weeks (not sure how long it takes?)

Well another option you could try is to go to one of those beauty salons. I've actually did this once since, at the time, my parents thought it would be better than going on Accutane. It got me REALLY good results at first, it cleared up a lot of redness and acne. Granted, this is a temporary solution and a fairly expensive one at that. It was also really painful, lol.

But if you have the money to drop on it, I'd definitely try it out, it also makes your skin really smooth, always a plus.
I have this specialized center for acne, close to where I live. They are able to tell you your exact skin type and what kind of SPAM you need. They also work as a beauty salon and can treat your acne within an hour.

This is probably similar to what you experienced. However, is it worth it? Will my acne clear out COMPLETELY - and I'll live happily ever after?
I cant say it's a permanent solution, but it is a very good one. The only reason I think it didn't work for me was because I was 16 or so when I tried it so I was still having massive breakouts.

Would I be willing to try it again now that my acne has settled down? Definitely. Would I recommend it to people who don't have severe acne and want smoother/clearer skin? For sure.

I'd have to agree with most people here though, acne isn't that big of a deal, it's only crippling if you let it be.

Have you tried going to see your doctor. A friend of mine had bad acne on his face, his GP gave him some pills and within a month it had cleared.

I used to have horrible acne, even past puberty. I've seen numerous doctors and special dermatologists. I've tried prescription and over the counter stuff. Nothing worked.

Our bodies have so many toxins and chemicals (good and bad) running through them.

I have a very simple solution, so see if it works for you. Increase your water intake dramatically. Yes, plain old simple tap water, or spring water, or bottled water, whatever you have at your disposal. Drink between 5-10 glasses a day and see if it makes any difference.

A great product that works wonders is St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. It's a face wash that only costs about $3. Major pharmacies and Wal-Mart have their own versions which work just as well and are about 40 cents cheaper. Use it in the shower once a day and drink water. There's a very good chance your acne will clear up. On top of my personal experience, I'm have a science background, so it isn't just blind advice. Hope it helps you.

man 'roaccutane' is all you need. but i have to warn you this is serious stuff and alot of research needs to be done for this product. i had to give up alcohol for 8 months cause of it.

also: green veg, walnuts, plenty of water and acne's biggest killer 'Plenty of sleep'.

stay away from redbull and all those soft drinks seriously bro. full of sugar and you get that horrible red glow on your face after drinking that stuff.

PROACTIVE works very well. u have a lot of oil on ur face, that's why u break out so much; my sister had the same problem. she used proactive, she also washed her face (u can chose to use any commerical face wash) before she went to bed and after she woke up.
ya dude proactive is the stuuf to use for sure.

Thing is - I wouldn't call this acne. Just red spots on a few places. Anything to solve this? Still proactive?
