Sometimes i get (in a playful way) i bet your such a womanizer/manwhore etc. most of the time i still close, but whats the best comeback from this? i usually just smile and say who me? nnooooo,
just now i just met my friends new girlfriend and she said "your a dirty dog, your one of those guys who gives girls the world and then runs away" so i just said i dont no wot u mean im spueaky clean!
does anyone else get this?

You must be giving off some strong vibe, I've never gotten that. It's probably a shit test. Say "You know it baby, but I'd give it all up for you" or something ridiculous.
