I would suggest, talk to women. Thats how I got started, i always had approach anxiety, but I said to myself ok, i'm just going to talk to women until im comfortable with them and not nervous or intimmidated by them. Start slow with 4-6's then move up when you get comfortable. Humans are creatures of habits, if it's normal to talk to women you will be able to. plus working from the bottom to the top, your confidence will rise and soon you will have no problem with talking to women.

you must realize this doesn't happen overnight, you need practice. Depending on your comprehension it could take you a week or a year.

Listen, my strat is to have a few things prepared. when you wake up in the morning, sign on to the internet and go to msn.com or aol. or yahoo or google and they always have like five main headlines with a picture for news..look through them and find out what its all about e.g. the whole oj simpson thing. "did you know he was the author of a fiction book where he tells the story of the murder of his ex wife and her lover as if hed committed it and how he would have killed them? what a psycho.he ran on bail in the back seat of a bronco as his football buddy tried to out run police and get him outta town. i think he really killed them, what do you think" i could totally talk about that with a girl and then who knows where else the convo would flow. if you find ur self in conversation with a girl and ur running low on things to talk about, use current events. the oj thing might be lame and out dated but i was just spitin somthin out. talk about the war in iraq. talk about the election. talk about the fall of britany spears. talk about the fire at the music festival in austin. and not only will you be demonstrating social values, but ull probably be the only one to engage her in topics like that. "did you hear about that music festival in austin tx? some hippie was trippin balls and lit a tent on fire and then ran into the woods naked..ha probably to go hug a tree"different stands out. a girl will definately respect that u know whats goin on in the world outside what happens in ur hometown.theres new news everyday so ull always have fresh material.(be more creative than my examples, and a little less corny, im just lazy right now, i had a late night ill be postin a field report if you wanna check it out) hope this post helps you guys that go blank in convo

and in reply to info. yea to some extent u do have to deal with the gossip. but so do the girls. truth is whether ur a stud or not, the girls are gonna talk shit about you, its what they do, take it from someone that was cool in hs and is currently a psych major minoring in sociology. girls favorite thin to do is rip on the guys they like. even the popular qb. they talk about how hes so hot but totally shallow and how they wanna bang him. just like you and ur friends talk about the ditzy smokeshows or really hot girls that all play dumb(in some cases its not an act some of em are dumb).i spent most of my days afterschool mon-thurs my junior and senior year at barnes and noble hangin with my one-itis chick and her gfs and believe me when i say im not assuming what i just said above. girls in hs arent gonna go home with you and bang because you can spit game, girls in hs will bang you A. if ur at a party spitting game and shes drunk(or pretending to be), B. ur the star qb. or C. u date her for at least a week. if its not A,B or C, then ur bangin a whore. and how do you "screw up" talking anyway? if you approach her, talk to her, and cant seem to get her interested then the worst that happened is you came off as a friendly guy who stopped for a second to chat.if you say something dumb or stutter, correct urself by making fun of urself,(nothing screams confidence like a guy that isnt afraid to rip on himself a little) if your convo runs dry then say you have to go, and walk away. i knew who my friends were in hs and i didnt give a shit what anyone else thought, girl or guy. if a girl thinks enough of the encounter to tell her friends about it then maybe you didnt do such a bad job. good or bad, she was thinking about you afterwards. "omg info came up to me and was like talking to me and i think he tried to asked me out on a date. i told him to get lost.haha what a creep!" shes just seeking validation from her friends and boosting her own self confidence by makin herself feel bigger than you. truth is she could have a crush on u and still shut you down.its all about looking like hot shit. hs girls dont know what they want.what you care about some insecure little bitch and her friends. in my expierience, hs girls are horny beyond belief and full of shit. the fact that you talkd to her probably made her day. stop fucking worryng about highschool drama and just worry about enjoying ur hs years with ur boys and everythng else will come to u. go to partys, u and your boys act loud and funny and know how to have fun. the girls will come. just like the song says, girls just wanna have fun. pua's pick up women, not girls
