the thing is, i met her at a house party but i was busy making out with a different girl i was on lol.. then after the party i went home and thought to myself "damn i shouldve gone for that one.. she was way sexier"
so in other words, we live far from each other and dont really know each other.. which means, we dont hang out or see each other ever..

i would totally do it in person but i never see her so what to do..

Don't make it seem like your hitting on her she needs to be comfortable with you. Say something like
"Hey a couple of friends and i are going out to a bar you can come if you want we have an empty seat to fill."
Make it seem like you don't need her. Then at the bar comfirm comfortability, build a connection and move in to kill
