I'm sure this has been brought up, but at what point do we look at what hanges per ... decade culture ?

90's with their grunge crazy.
00's with their electric / manson(post NIN) fuck it mentality



When do you look at a new decade of targets and go..it's time for a swap? If ever ?

You should go for the girls from the decade you're most comfortable with, but keep abreast of current developments for use on modern HBs.
Don't let age limit you.

I also resent that post NIN remark. Manson sucks(He took a great guitarist, John 5, and wouldn't let him solo). NIN will never die, as Year Zero proved, what a great industrial album.
