basically, your question is "how do i pickup girls" Honestly, this is a pretty broad question of how to execute all the areas of pickup. You just have to learn it one thing at a time. You might want to try to study a certain method of pickup, then trying another, while taking in all the information you have. The best method that made the most sense to me is "Charismatic Conversations" with Lance Mason. Look up the videos. It talks about everything from threads of conversation to how to execute kino. But right now, you're being a little too broad with your question, and need to learn from some guru seminars.
