This is a convo i had with and 8.5 that got interrupted HOPE it helps!

Image: Cool, I was thinking about getting mine pierced but i cant decide if i want to do one or the other or maby even both.
HB 8.5: Oh i heard that gay guys get there right ear pierced and straight guys get the left

( I had head this before too but i have no ideal where i cant form).
Image: (laughing) so if i get both does that mean im bie?

Some AFC come and interrupts
AFC: Hey HB 8.5 were about to leave but lemme get your number before i go.
Image:(I give him a WTF look)
AFC: Ive known HB 8.5 for a year so i can interrupt for a min.
Image: Hey dude im thinking about getting my ears pierced what do you think about that stuff?

AFC: Yeah i think its pretty cool i guess i though about doing it.
Image: Yeah? sweet we should go together man. ill get my left done and you can get your right. (implying to HB 8.5 hes gay)
HB 8.5Sad looks and me and laughs) oh that sounds like a good ideal
AFC: (wondering whats so funny) uh yeah uh i guess.
(I give the HB 8.5 the who the fuck is this clown look and she returns with a hes a wierdo look)

(i think AFC catches the looks. SHUT DOWN!!!!!)
AFC: uh yeah so i gotta go now.
(AFC scampers away.)

With something like that, and he says he has known her for a while, I would be like, and your just getting her number now? I think it is past your bed time. Make him validate himself to you, make her laugh, and DHV. Easy way to destroy him, and draw her into you...

only problems i would see with this... in the long run... is that your asking if you can ask for her opinion... instead just say you need a female perspective or my favorite "i need an average girls opinion..." and the other problem is that your asking for yourself... which makes you look insecure... you should say "my friend is thinking of getting his ears pierced" PUAs do things because they like it and dont give a shit about what other people think looks good...

I agree with strictly, you need to say "A friend" which would not not imply you need her opion because your self concience (or however you spell it). I love the "I need an average girls opion" that's great, i'm going to use that if you don't mind, Strictly, hopefully they won't slap me too bad.

yea false time constraints are huge! i use them all the time! usually il use them with a wing, and say something like, "i dont have much time cause im waiting for my friend in the bathroom" (not word for word but you get the point) and then i will have my wing enter about 3 minutes in... which then you can achievement introduce, to either, have him isolate, bring new life to the convo, or to eject gracefully if things arent going well "well my we gotta go"
