So last week I was over at a buddy's house and yesterday I went over there again and a random hb8 asked my friend, "is Mark [me] here too?" My friend told me she asked about me...Huge IOI because she actually remembered my name, etc... I met her last week but paid no attention to her because I was talking to some other girl...well I had to leave early yesterday and didn't have the chance to talk to her, but how should I open this next time around?

That's good she knows who you are, IOI. So you must have made some impression on her with pre-selection. (meaning you were with girls, so that means other girls will want to get in on you too)

Its all cool that you ignored her but for the whole time there, she probably thinks that you dont like her now, remember to ignore the girl for short time and that is in minutes, the ignoring can only take longer if she was being a bit of the bitch to you, so you should show how hurt you are and take away the attention and prize which is you from her.
But now what you have to do is come up to her the next time you see her and say something like "i wanted to say hi to you last time but have to leave" or "you looked intresting to talk to the last time I saw you at that party or something" this could easily lead to conversation about the last party.
Just then you say something like "you seemed intresting" or "i wanted" try to make it sounf lazily and don't make out that she is special or some kind of target for you.

You: Hello....my name is...blabla (howevery you introduce yourself)
HB: She will tell you her name and remind you that you already met!!
You: [/i]light laugh with some kino... Apologize...tell her she looks different today then the last time you met!
HB: She will ask you how she looks different
You: give her some SOI or a C&F statement .....and take it from there..
