Tell her that you want to date other people and that you two can still be 'friends'.

Take her out for lunch during the work-week, assuming both of you are working, and tell her.

Doing it during lunch will put a time crunch on the both of you so you have an excuse to leave after giving her the bad news.

If you wanna get rid of her permanently - then do it?

Just tell her how you feel and break the contact. What's the problem?

Make sure you don't hurt her feelings to much though.
