I gave a girl my number online after 2 emails (dating site) i told her drop me a txt but she calls me unexpecatly
I could talk to so i said cant talk whos this, she gives me a name and says its cool, so i txt her back and tell her ill call her later tonight. I give her a call at 11 and she doesnt pick up. Should i call her tomo?

I'd just send a text.
If she ignore's that message her wherever you gave her the number.

11 is kind of late man, id shoot the call before 10 at least.

One technique I use when I give my number out,on the basis of getting her's by reciprocation, is to tell her to text you first as you rarely answer calls from unknown numbers, you can throw in a jokey comment marketing calls from weirdos etc. Typically the girls will not even text let alone call and usually give their number by mail, which is what you want.

Texting or SMS is really under-estimated. Girls seem more responsive to them. I think it's a control thing as they don't have to deal with them right away or deal with them at all.

Another thing I do is when I have a girls number I send her a little thank you text and ask when it's best to call.

I've just realised that I've not arranged one single day2/date/meeting with a girl via voice/phone. It's all been done by text or email. I think the only time I've spoke to girls are when they are late and I've moved on.
