ok so my f buddy, asked me to go out with her the other week, i said i can't that day i have something i need to do, we haven't seen each other for over 4 weeks now, so i text her saying we need to work on this if its ever going to workout for use, she replys work on what i asked you if you wanted to go out you said no, i replayed stop winning all i ever did was give you opportunity's to chase me for another day.she didn't reply back, so i had the day of the next day and decided to ring her unexpectedly she didn't answer, two weeks later she texts me saying what i last said to her was horrible that's why she never texted me back, i'm kind of confused with this shes looking at my faults. any insight?

My best guess is, you negged her too far. The amount you can neg is directly proportional to the attractiveness of the girl. Sounds like she wasn't used to people talking to her in such a manner, and you genuinely hurt her feelings.
