Hey how's it goin? Well I'm the new guy here on the forum and thought I could get some great advice here. But anyway here's my situation. I recently started talking to this girl I know from work. She's a really nice girl and quite attractive I'd say. Usually whenever we work together its always pretty fun because I usually can make her laugh and make work a lot less boring so to speak hah. We exchanged phone numbers one day before she went off to college and I said that her and I should hang out sometime. She said she would be down whenever and to just call her up. Well a couple days ago I went up and visited a friend at college and since she goes to the same school I figured I'd call her up and we could hang out. This was the first night I ever hung out with her. We met up late night and got somethin to eat. We talked to see what was new and how college was treatin her and all that. But here's when I thought everything was goin smooth. So she tells me a story about her night, I figured out that there was some other guy I guess trying to get into a relationship with her but he seemed to fail at that (long story short: dude started hitting on her best friend). She wasn't really in a good mood, actually quite mad at this guy and her friend and I was just there to try and relax her and let her tell me everything just so she can get it off her chest. I got her to laugh and all and tried to make her forget about it. But for some reason I don't know if she is interested. I need some tips on that before I just end up in a friend zone forever. Oh and, my friend was being a cockblock. I tried to be alone with her most of the time but he would just show up at the times I didn't want him to lol. Oh and also, she did put up an offer for me to stay in her room that night but it was 5 AM and I needed to get home because I had to work at 9AM and there would be no way I could even do that considering the drive back is around an hour, hour 15 mins away. Tried to have her walk me back to my car and maybe a lil kiss goodnight but cockblock friend didn't help that situation. So feel free to leave some input.

And damn, this is a long post considering I typed this all on my sidekick. Lol

Bad news my man, you may already be in the friends zone, If shes moaning about relationship stuff with you (obviously not trying to win u over eh?) thats not a good sign.

If you didnt escelate when you met up then you are more than likely now to be 'just friends'

time to move on ....

oh and to add on this story, she also had me go with her to talk to this dude. well she mostly just bitched at him for 5 minutes then left lol. but yea, looks like im in friend zone territory? damn
