So a couple of weeks ago i walked into my previous neighbour, know her from back when we were kids, but not that close.

Anyhow, i left and a few minutes later she texted me some bs. She asked a friend who was there too for my number.

(note: good as in opposite of naughty, didn't really know how to translate it otherwise)

Now this was a few weeks ago, today i was texting with her again.
HB:*some bs wordplay on a dutch saying, basicly asking me if i'm good*
I answer a few hours later with the wordplay, saying im good
HB: Should i believe you?
Me: Not sure, maybe my perception of good is different from yours
HB: Hmm, probably im just a better girl
Me:Nhaha, better when people are looking, but secretly a little less good
HB: So secretly apparently nobody notices it
Me: Apparently not that secretly cuz im onto you
HB: Yeah yeah, sure ;p But im onto you too!
Me: Yeah well, im not really trying to hide it ;p
HB: Oh, then you're good for real? ;P
Me: Only when i really have to..

Convo is still going, but id love some feedback to crank up my game, i'm totally new to this.

Dude you keep using too much cockiness. The fact is you are locked up in this never ending maze of you giving smartass comments. That's not what the game is about. Cockiness is what makes people fail because it might be interesting now but after a while it's just going to get boring and that's when shne is going to stop texting back. Add some variety to your game.

Ask her if she could double the size of any animal in the entire animal kingdom what would it be or at least that gets her to invest. Either that or go for the meetup.
