A friend of mine owns a coffee shop, where he hired some cuties to work as the baristas. He is currently in love with one of these girls and I've been trying to tell him how to make something happen. She's been working there for 4 months now and they have to my dissapointment become really good friends.

So the real question is how does this guy as this girl's boss pull himself out of the friend zone? I told him to just have some other girls around that he can flirt with while this girl is there... that jealousy thing is the basic step forward I suppose.

What else can you do or say? Has anyone been in a similar situation.

b.t.w. This girl is some 8 years younger then my friend.

She is off limits, just like any worker that works for him...

If he is in the 'Friend Zone' then that's where he will most likely always be.

Plus, its a lawsuit waiting to happen if he pisses her off somehow...

So, he should move on to someone who does not work for him.

What would do with this situation is probably to LJBF her and uer her and the other baristas as social proof when going out. He's the boss taking his girls out, that fine and will lead to great pick-ups.
