Don't go with the 'cool just let me know when you want to hang out' routine, she will never call back...Better to just say nothing and then give her a shout some other time when she least expects it...wait at least a week. Don't appear needy...
NEVER respond to a text message when she is canceling a date... that makes it look like you don't care...
If you flakes you again, then drop her...she is playing you...
