About Girl #2, you just did something that I find to be one of the most helpful techniques in talking to a girl (I do it all the time) even though it's not really listed anywhere in the seduction community that i know of.
You created an inside joke. Yes, we all know what this means, but it's a great way to build rapport with a girl very early on in your approaching. You inside joke wasn't too catchy or out of the ordinary, which are qualities of the best ones, but it was still an inside jokes and still something she can attribute to you.
Work on creating inside jokes that she will attribute directly to you all the time. Don't be afraid to make them out of this world - it's usually the best way to grab her full attention, and if it's funny, then it'll be positive attention too.
