how to do cocky comedy / bantering in a right and non-insulting way...

because i thihk i don't truly understand the line between "cocky comedy" and just "cocky" / insulting....

do you guys know any good book? (i read once David DeAngelo / attraction isn't a choice, and he didn't quite explained how to do it..)

There is a Cocky Comedy segment and book by David DeAngelo as well. I agree it's not so much being cocky as is it being just humorous. He said himself he'd wished he'd called it something different just because so many people are just "cocky" or down right insulting instead of funny.
