Don't invite her over to your place, invite her out somewhere else. You've made out with her already, you've got the attraction, rapport, comfort. you need the isolation. Invite her to lunch, dinner, a hookah bar, whatever, build up the sexual tension and take it from there. Something casual

Be sure to pick a place where her cockblocking friends won't interfere. You might want to consider winning the friends over or the cockblocking may continue.
