So last night I went out with my friends. Now don't ask me why but they all have approach anxiety. Like they won't go open girls. After opening up the group of girls next to us we all start talking to the one single girl in the group.

The night is going well - we play pool and there is lots of friendly banter the entire evening. We decide to head out to Waffle House after closing time. This girl (hb6.5) is ready to go, basically saying she will follow us anywhere (and all her friends had left).

One of my friends (He-Man) drives her car and asks her which one of us she likes. She says likes SPAM more...that she thought he was cute the first time she saw him. After SPAM runs off to the bathroom we then ask her why she didn't like us more. She says I remind her of an ex boyfriend...and that He-man still has a chance. She basically puts me in the friend zone.

I detect bull shit. I don't think thats why she doesn't like me....I think maybe she has more attraction for one of the other guys.

So I tell her we are throwing an xmas party and get her number. She gives them to me and sends me a text when she gets home saying thanks for the fun evening.

Downside is I'm out of town consistently through the week...so any potential day 2 is sort of tough (weekend type thing).

How do I play a potential day 2? I'm headed to a couple xmas parties and could use a date...but I don't want to play that card if I don't have to.
