Baring in mind that all of this, 3 second rule etc... are just building blocks that you use to hone your own style. I pretty much do my own thing with regards to this depending on how i am feeling. Some times i will wait for a little IOI, something simple like eye contact or a smile. Other times i will just approach and open. Just depends how i feel that night.

I know most folk say they prefer to do things sober, yeah its cool cause your gonna be sharper and stuff but i prefer to be semi gassed when im out partying. Just makes for a better night. Everyone is different i guess.

Talk to HB8 about the other girl this should show her who you after if she spills the beans on her friend trying to convice you its the wrong choice then you distance yourself from her and go for HB9 best buds dont burn eachother if she promotes the idea you can be sure she has told her HB9 friend now wait and see she should be leaving signals if she (hb9) does show more interest your in.

I think you can get away from the three second rule as well if you don't suffer from approach anxiety, it's sole intent is to have you say fuck it and go open a set instead of thinking about it and psyching yourself out which is what a of AFC's do when they see a hot girl, they just keep watching her and never get the balls to approach, the longer they watch the harder it becomes... I like to wait for an oppurtune time to make the approach, right after her friends walk away or when a seat opens up by her... I'd try and make eye contact with her but be seen talking to other girls, especially if you can put off the body language and image that the chicks you're talking to are gaming you... Right there you're DHVing without even meeting her yet.

The Answer is BOTH.

When you are Going out, take both of them with you, when telegraphing interest do it to both, treat both of them as if they were 1 girl, if at anytime you communicate "Choosing" one over the other, the oppertunity is coming to a close. never Isolate one over the other, if one goes with you some were and the other tries to stay...That's a "No no" have both of them with you at all times. If one of them tries to communicate a "Choice" Communicate to them in a C&F way that there mistaken.
When they communicate for NO "Choice" then REWARD them for good Behavior. If all this is done correctly you will program them to have a "relationship" with you.
