i work at a hockey store. we get some attractive women that come in all the time. what are some good idea for openers?

Play the associate and show them something. Then you have to transition off of it to get them thinking of you as a real person.

Example:

"Yeah those blade are awesome. I don't know why but you sound like you have an accent. Where are you from? I would guess poland"
