So basically, i just got shot down by an HB9. Why?: "Oh, no honey, you're a colored"

First off, WOW, is it not 200fucking9 in America!? Well yeah it is. I'm not naive, I know racism/bigotry will always be around but I just don't see it too often.

I'm in line at the store and honestly didn't even notice HB9 until she dropped her phone. I pick it up for her and hand it back. She makes eye contact, thanks me and gives a genuine smile. The IOI flag goes off in my head at that moment. At first nothing really happend, she tried making some small talk and for no reason I'm kinda wasn't feeling it (I was in a rush to get home). i start getting bored and decide, "oh what the hell, might as well kill time in the line". We start flirting, she's giving off all these IOIs (eye contact, smiling, touching my shoulder, playful slapping). Everything seems to be going GREAT. She seemed to be attracted and comfortable. I hand her my phone and ask her to put her # in it so we can continue the good times later.

"Oh, honey, you're a colored" (She was absolutely serious)

I froze up, I didn't know what to do or say. She just walked away as if she'd told me what time it was. I'm still learning the game and wasn't sure what to do. What would any of you PUAs have done? Lets say even after realizing she was a racist cunt you wanted to F-close(or just continue in general) out of spite or for whatever other reasons what would you have done?

This would be a good situation to shove a 'Once you go black you can never go back' down her throat. Just for the heck of it.

That was one of my thoughts shortly after. I've got a somewhat warped since of humor(so i'm used to telling and hearing some pretty fucked up things), and I know alot of people who have even more twisted ones. I don't think it was a test though, its just not really acceptable to someone you've known for 15minutes.

And, IMO girls are attracted to status more than color-preference. So it doesn't really matter.

You don't know her background or terms for her actions. Maybe she isn't racist or the like, but she has social pressures. I don't know the tone of her voice or her body language when she said it, so I can't be certain. There is a chance you are right and her IOIs (or what seemed like IOIs) were genuine. Maybe she was attracted to you since attraction is created and not a choice. Back to social pressure, maybe one of her parents are prejudice/racist or she wonders what her friends will think... the possibilities are too far and many to really find out.

Well, things happen and whatever her reasoning is, she's the one missing out in the end. She passed up new experiences and something that could have been fun. Next...

Some girls are like that, I've dated Asian girls who strictly don't date Asian guys.. Me being half Asian I guess that was non-Asian enough for them.. I told them that it was messed up that they wouldn't give Asian guys a chance, and reminded them that they came from 2 Asian people.. Oh well.. Without actually being there to witness the event, it sounds like she just bluntly said what she thought. Treat it as a positive rather than a negative - I wish more women were like that! It might be social conditioning, bad experiences in the past or it could just be she doesn't like black guys.
