Be honest about it and tell her you want to take things slow, either when she mentions the GF word or when she is whining that you don't give her enough. Tell her you dont rush into things even though you really like her. She will appreciate your honesty and she will be less disappointed than if you would just tell her you're only looking for a fuck-buddy.
This will probably only make her want you more, so be sure to be congruent. But if you DO make up your mind and only want her as a fuck-buddy, be honest about that as well and just tell her up front, the game is also about respect.

Only advice what I DO have, make sure when you have sex she doesn't expect more at that time. Girls are completely heartbroken when they found out their sexpartner just wanted sex while they wanted more.
