Hi.

I used to see her on tv news and I loved her reports, 1) because she is a great reporter, 2) because she is very beautiful.

I added her to my folowing list last night, when I find her in the list of someone else. She is close to being a celebrity, and has a lot of twitter action, by that I mean a lot of posts (tweets), followers, and some orbiters. Most of them are journalist, some of them very known. She interact playfully firting with the ones that hit on hers.

Today I sent her 3 tweets. First one said "hmmm, retweeting posts from XXXX (a candidate in next ellections)... well, nobody is perfect", she then posted "hahahahaha" in reply to my tweet ..., second was a a pua like response to a tweet of hers that said "Ï want to travel to Colombia, anybody to come with me?". My reply ws "I would, but I am warning you that I am very expensive". It has no reponse tho. Last one was a reply to a tweet of hers that finished with something like "... lets make the day change", to which I repied "why not "lets change the world" any longer"?

Then she sent me a direct message (a private message. For those who dont know, twitter interaction is all public, except direct messages), with the lines: "excuse me, are you a journalist? I mean because of the peope you follow"

Hers saying that means she looked into my profile to find out. I have just 8 followers and I follow 10 people, amost all of them journalists (mainly cause I am interested in politics). She has 950 folowers and she follows 250 peeps. I am not a journalist, and my profile says that I am a classical musician. However, she asked. I consider this as an IOI.

Realize that my lines werent standard pua lines, except the second. What do you suggest to do now?

BTW: in her profile it says she is single, and reading her tweets it is clear she is screening dudes.

I say just tell her the truth.

Twitter is a different animal I think than facebook or myspace. The mere act of sending her messages means you're constantly checking her page and reading her tweets (it's conceivable that you simply reply to a fraction of the tweets in your feed, but we have to consider the worst case scenario). So you're checking your tweets, but thankfully so is she. And more importantly she's talking to you.

reply to her the same way you would on facebook. A cool twist might be to indirectly reference this interaction in your next tweet. Something like:"Colombia's weather is very nice this time of year! Maybe it's time for a little R&R ;]"
