Here's an opener I just made up that probably needs some tightening. I'm thinking you could use it in a bar, coffee shop, or long line at a store. (For the long line at a store or coffee shop, you could actually pretend to be talking to your friend and arguing about this)

Hey guys! Quick question, it's really important btw. So, my bandmates and I are arguing over whether or not we should have this Van Halen (Panama, but I'm thinking of saying Jump because it's fucking hilarious and everybody knows of it) song or this Snoop Dogg song called Sensual Seduction be the last song on our set list.

Which one would you rather hear at the end of a party?
If Sensual Seduction and they both agree (or it's a single)...
-So you're just being mischievous and trying to embarrass me as a white guy in a rock band playing a hip hop song (note: this one could be stronger)
If Van Halen and they both agree (or it's a single)...
-that song makes me feel really energetic, i dunno about you guys. do you really want people coming out of the party bouncing off the walls and lighting things on fire?
-If they say yes, then I can say something like "you two are very mischievous, you don't know the energy level you're dealing with when my band plays van halen."

If they don't agree with each other (rare and probably ideal because you can neg your target)...
-You can take the side of the non-target and say "Your buddy has such bad taste in music!!" (is this too strong of a neg?)

Well, its a good opener, simply because it's just a tweaked version of probably the most common opener.. (approach, ask a "feminine opinion", etc etc)

it gets the targets attention, some cheeky DVH (band member, everyone loves a rocker) makes them think for an opinion, you've got every possible outcome ready to be dished out.. an opener is just to break the ice - get a conversation started..

the next bit, which is probably even more important - is a transition into mid-game and kino escalation..

try this one (points go to Style and Cajun *mod version of the best friends test*):
--after your opener and you're rolling along-- "hey, i take it you two are like best friends or something??.. because you do the same facial expressions when you talk/smile/laugh.." etc

*they will look at eachother..guaranteed*

"see, you're doing it again by looking at eachother.. i could mistake you for sisters"

It's not bad i'll test it tomorrow, i'm playing live with the band in one of the local open mic scenes we've got..

Haha cool, go for it. So is it a good idea to just transition the opener material into what is basically A2? How many stories should I have during A2 (I know this sounds mechanical, but I have to be fucking something up if I end up boring the shit out of girls that approached me after 5 minutes). I already have a DHV story to transition to...

This actually happened, too. PUA gives you so many insane stories to talk about.

I could also talk about how I always end up having an interesting time in NYC (I'll be there tomorrow).

DHV story 2: My friend/wing ended up drinking way too much, got alcohol poisoning as a result, and I had to sit around on a street curb in NYC telling a guy dressed as pimp jesus for halloween to pull the trigger and let it all out. At one point, pimp jesus started losing consciousness, so I called in an ambulance. About an hour later, there is still no sign of an ambulance at 2am. So while all that shit is happening, this guy across the street opens the door of a stopped car and is like "YO this is a robbery i'm SERIOUS" and at that point I don't really remember what happened next, but long story short, at 4am my friend regains consciousness, starts puking his brains out, and is alright.

I dunno if the last story is a little too DHV, but honestly, that's exactly how it happened and I didn't even think twice about dropping the girl I was making out with to help my wingman (or the random girls telling me I was so sweet/hitting on me while making sure pimp jesus didn't die [won't mention that in the story, because it sounds way too high DHV]).

From there, I take it that you transition right to A3 and ask them what their deal is.

I WISH I could remember how I got these two different girls to make out with me in 15 minutes. Too much alcohol. Both of them involved dancing after hooking them into A2/A3.
