It's been a little over 2 months since I've posted on this forum. I became way too busy with school work and other activities that I can't spend much time on anything else

Anyways, I am finally back looking at the forum, realizing that I have lost a lot of motivation for self-improvement and lost a lot of the skills and confidence. It's weird because I used to be the type of person that always enjoy meeting new people and always wants to practice my game on girls. However, I pledged at a frat where they pretty much make u your bitches and it killed my confidence. Also, school work and crew(the rowing team) is taking up a lot of time. Now I am back to my old AFC self. I don't feel as confident as I do with girls and I can't make a conversation fun like I used to do.

I know this is a major inner-game issue and I need to work on it. Has a situation like this ever happened to you guys and how did you deal with it?

Look man, this process is like 2 steps forward and 1 backward. AFC is a series of tendencies that you are aiming to change by being here (actually, by being out there doing your thing). You have to repetitively watch yourself fail before you succeed. All no's will eventually spell yes!

I find myself doing AFC things from time to time, but I call myself on it and snap out of it. Don't worry too much about it, regression is just part of the growth cycle.

I would suggest you either find a local lair or start a small group. Having community support makes it easier to get where your going. MAKE SHIT HAPPEN!!!

The thing with me is that after being away from the community for so long I almost completely shifted back to my old AFC self. I no longer feel that confidence that I am interesting when talking to people. It's frustrating cuz I know I used to be so much more fun

Being on a team and in a frat will help you continue to be sociable. When ur frat throws parties, just walk around like you own the place (you sorta do), introduce yourself to everyone confidently, ask if they're having a good night and tell them where the cups, beer, etc. are. Instant social proof. Gaming girls becomes 100x easier.
