So I'm 16 not a whole lot of cash and I want to spend around $600 on a new wardrobe. The one thing I was thinking of was shoes. Shoes are the first thing girls notice. I was thinking of getting a nice pair of timberlands since I can wear them with almost everything. I was then thinking of getting a few pairs of well fitting levies since their affordable and look great. That leaves me around $300 for shirts and a sweater or two. What should I look to get? I was thinking a few long sleeve shirts.

Shoes are huge so I'm glad you agree with me there. Some Timberlands would be a nice touch. I'd also think hard about getting at least one pair of "dress jeans" something a little nicer that Levi. Nothing against Levi because I like the way they fit but they are a cheaper jean. Girls do notice when you put in some effort.

As far as long sleeve shirts go it really depends on your own individual style. When in doubt take a knowledgable girl along with you shopping. :) Works for me very well!
