HB8: (she'll be very surprised, maybe even happy u asked and usally she'll say..) yea
you: WHY ARE YOU SAD?
HB8: (she'll usually say) im not
you: well, with the face ur making... (she's gonna cut you right there...)
HB8: bla..bla..bla (there you go, you just opened succesfully)

if you're wondering, im still an AFC and i rarely overcome AA, this opener worked incredibly well for me... i guess you need to analyze the situation and find the best opener on the spot,

(how i dilivered it) you noticed the and the and you think that this looks creepy for a girl who sees you as a complete stranger.. but in my situation she was genuinely sad (as lovedrop or mystery said: for any set, you must be the one with higher energy levels) and my asking this sympathicly and with enthusiasm really boosted her up, it might have been the best part of her day

what followed: i purposly openned only one stop before mine so that awckwardness in conversation would not happen (it certainly would if i opened 5 or even 3 stops earlier...i have NO material!) ... turns out we both had to leave at the same stop and she kept on walking with me (as we talked i applied dhv rules and barely faced her) and i got her number... NOT, but would've if i had a fkn cellphone lol

i know its rly n o t h i n g for you guys but as far as i can think of it's maybe the second or third time that i ever opened with a target (and NOT a person from who i want the time or directions) so im pretty happy i overcame AA this once and i hope itll inspire me for lots in the near future. my goal is to become a pua, plz tell me what you think of the opener and plz give me any advice from ur personal experience... im almost stuck with AA (due to bad voice projection)

Ok i addmittingly only read till the point where you said you're still an AFC, but it's a great start man.

I use this approach at clubs on the dance floor sometimes. I see a hot girl with her friends standing there, or a girl sitting at the table forever with the same drab face i saw her with a half an hour ago. These girls want attention. Just be sincere and energetic. You are having a great time. You think everybody else should be having a great time. These girls are clearly not.

Be the guy having a good time. People will gravitate towards your energy, and when you approach them in sincerity they are more likely to put their guard down.

My rule #1 is THEY KNOW. Be sincere, and you are in.

Yah man whatever works for you especially while you are learning for practice.

But personally I wouldn't use, because it kind of frames the girl as "sad" and you always want to frame them positive/friendly/fun, like Mehow's opener: "hey you guys seem fun! wanted to say hi "

But use whatever works for ya even if it doesnt makes sence at all
