Being seeing a girl for a couple of weeks now and it just got official last week. I see her 2-3 times a week and were all in the same group of friends, which has its ups and downs. Most of the time when i see her its when everyone else is there, which is pretty shit. But when we do spend time together its good but we've kinda got into the routine of sitting around in each others houses, not doing anything that exciting.

Other than going out on nights out is there anything else i should be doing? I suggested going for a meal this week, but i kinda find the whole cinema/meal stuff a tad boring. Is this something that a girl will like or is it just abit pointless? This is my first real relationship and i dont want it to get boring already. I was just wondering what i should be doing to keep it exciting, whether these types of dates are good for maintaining a healthy relationship?

Shop for something stupid.
Give each other 10 bucks and buy gifts for one another.
Take a drive and get some coffee.
Go to a minor league sporting event. (there's likely something in your area.)
Go get your cards / palms / fortunes read.
Go to a museum.
Go to breakfast at a diner. (not just for after a sleep over, just a weekend morning.. it's nice, then you have a day ahead to do other things.)
Go wine tasting.
Go to the porno shop!

There are some good ideas there. Another one is if you enjoy the same kind of music, go to a music festival or concert that both of you will enjoy. Or go to a novelty type restaurant. If there are any food festivals/cultural festivals going on, they can be fun too.
