Hi there,
i'm kinda new to this whole scéne tbh but i'm really excited about giving it a try.
It's a lot to read but o well i'm also writing it down to get some perspective.
I must say that i do think that in my country (belgium) it is a bit harder to pick up ladies. Our country is kind off known for it's reserved people.
If you're gonna go out and talk to people in a mall here for example you're gonna be seen as being a retard a lot of times.
Most people here really aren't comfortable with other strangers just opening up to them, everyone minds their own business here.
This doesn't count that much in the U.S., where people are mostly (a lot) more outgoing
But anyway i shouldn't mind all that, i'm not a retard, i'm just a sociable guy with a lot of confidence.
That's the right mind-set right?
I have started a bit of opening up more last week, at university.
Simply when a girl asked me someting (like helping her out with someting during our chemistry practices) i'd go to her and help her the best i can and such.
This all might not seem a lot but it gets me going...atleast i'm talking more to girls.
But i'm going to Start for reall tomorrow!
My goals for next week are:
- Say hi to unknown girls when passing by, or atleast smiling.
-> i've never seen anyone do this tbh
-> i'm starting from scratch so this is allready a challenge for me.
(I used to pass some really nice girls in my street but now i've got a car and ye well i don't really pass that many girls except at university of course :/
This sucks a bit but o well i'm not going to stop driving my car just to get myself to meet woman in my street right
)
- Opening one girl, probably later in the week, if i feel confident enough.
-> here's what i've planned for that:
I'll open up indirectly to one girl, moving or not idc.
I'll ask her for her opinion, her female perspectiv on the following:
My sister just turned 16 and she's planning to put a tattoo on her arm with the name of her boyfriend, his name is... Dick.
a) What do you think about that? -> it's bad <-
b) Would you get a tattoo of my name if we would have been in a relationship for let's say about 6 months or so? -> No (but she'll laugh about it and now she has had the image of me & her being in a relationship, in her mind) <-
c) Not even if my name is not Dick? but like Mark or Bruno or whatever? -> No (she'll normally laugh again) <-
d) So you're really a little angel or aren't you? -> sometimes (lets her qualifie herself) <-
or i could say someting like: so you don't believe in true love?
e) Well if you would have to describe yourself in 3 words what would they be then? -> (some more qualifying)
f) Hmm, that's pritty interesting. -> why's that? <-
g) well most people don't brag about themselves like that... -> ... -<
h) i haven't introduced myself, my name is .... shake hands with her and get her name. (handshake on a very respectfull way)
i) anywayz i should be going, but i'd like to continue this conversation sometime, what ya think? -> sure

I'm hoping on some tips or sentences i could also throw in the conversation.
I know i have really gone into detail about this but i just want to know how i'm going to handle it as it'll be my first approach ever.
