Well I had a bit of a disaster last night after everything was going really well and so was just after some advice.

Me and my friend opened a group of 3 girls, and got chatting, everything was going really well and we managed to get them to come with us to another part of the club.

The three of them start chatting amongst themselves and two of them decide to go home but the one I'd been putting in most of the work with tells me she's going to stay and asks if I'll look after her - all good.

She then drags me to the dancefloor and we dance for about 5 mins and she says I'm going to go to the bathroom at which point I go off to speak to my mate who is still around. I'm chatting to my mate for a few minutes when she walks back past but doesn't see us as far as I can tell (there was quite a few people in between us). Anyways she heads to the dance floor at which point I think she'll probably come back in a minute or two, a few minutes pass (<5min) and then she walks off the dancefloor straight to the exit and leave with 2 guys and a girl (not her friends from earlier), no kino going on so I don't think they'd pulled them.

Obviously I've played this all wrong and realise as she was on her on I should have gone and grabbed her on the way to the dancefloor but still I've got two points I want some advice on:-

(i) If you get split up from the girls you're chatting to in a club and it was going well should you always go straight back to them or wait for them to come back to you?

(ii) When she's leaving should I have gone chasing her down the road?

I imagine this would have been pretty uncool as you would've though she would have come found me?? I hadn't number closed cos my battery had died so she had mine but I didn't have hers :$
