Not quite sure what category this should go under.
But i need excersizes to help me talk over loud music/other people etc.
Such as in a party or club.

It would also be nice to learn how to make my voice less monotone and more crisp.

I have the same problem, as well. When I get anxious, I feel like I am choking on my words. You might want to consider hiring a voice coach until you can overcome the problem with your voice. I am considering doing that. It might be costly, but well worth it.

monotone = lack of emotions
whenever thats the problem, you would have to put more emotions into your speaking, makes people care more about what you say. but there is the danger of "acting" emotions, dont let that happen. you have to pick from the set you already posess or else it wont help but rather damage you / your social life in general

i know that the correct breathing is important for the strength of your voice, how loud you can be without shouting and stuff. i dont know about crisp though...
BUT
personally i know that when im "in the zone", "having a good time", "myself" i automatically have the voice i always wish i "had", and i think focussing on your voice like this, picking it out from the millions of factors is just like focussing on any other one of them, it can easily be overdone!
dont over estimate its importance, dont let it distract you from what really matters.

So add more emotion to when i speak.

basically...
but "add" sounds like youre citing a recipe, i thought more along the lines of "express", as in "dont fake them" :wink:

its getting really cold here in the last couple days so im kinda tense regarding breath and voice its gotten higher and weaker almost immediately and i notice no difference in the way girls (in class for example) react to what i say, or the way people in general react to my presence and my part of the conversations in everyday life. so maybe the improvement you feel when youre voice gets better is a placebo effect, another reason not to worry about it (just incase you do catch yourself worrying about it in social situations).
not saying feeling vibration and masculinity in every word i say when im relaxed and confident isnt absolutely amazing though :D

It does matter, girls tend to be attracted to deep, strong voices, but they're most of all attracted to charactertraits like honesty, respect and humour - your voice is only a tool for those. Now if you had both that would be perfect, so thats my goal.

But as long as you do the best you can, tell people as much of the truth as you can without hurting them or yourself, any girl will become comfortable around you and want to spend time with you.
whereas how deep your voice is belongs in the same category as if she likes your height, your arms, your hair etc..

So when I said that for me voice improvement has been a placebo what I meant was the following chain of events:
trained my voice -> it got better -> people reacted to me differently
-> i was in a better mood -> people reacted even better -> ...

because the tool that i used to express myself was improved, other people were more impressed by the positive i had to offer. i noticed their reactions, my mood was lifted and i turned into a better person for the amount of time that i was surprised by the way people treated me (but only for that amount of time, thats why its only a placebo effect). since i had improved once again, i got a second wave of even better reactions, and from this point on i simply got better and better.
the only problem is that i felt weak whenever my voice was weak. my voice started to equal my self image!
thats why i want you and anyone out there to focus on being the best person they can be and not concentrate too much on the whole voice thing. i have, i shouldnt have, this is my warning.

Let me recommend a book called The Alchemy of Voice. there's some good exercises in it, and the author sometimes gives course and the college of psychic studies.

It's a little new agey, so that might put you off, but personally I think it's gold.
