Posts: 57 | | I've recently made a good connection and friend who owns a balloon ride company.
He's offering me free rides.
I've never been on one before so I'm interested to know if any of you have tried this as a date and if you haven't how would the rest of you go about it without seeming over the top or try hard.

I haven't but it's something I would definetly consider for a day 3 date or day 2 if you had a good connection on first encounter.
.. make sure she's not affraid of heights. And check with your buddy for logistical issues (is it cold up there, is it windy, how long is the ride) so you can plan ehead.

Posts: 49 | | Definitly sick! I'd wait til atleast day 3 or 4. You don't want to give her the idea that your going way out of your way for her, but if you can make it known that you have connections she might totally dig the DHV.
