i have found that the best way of improving your game is to write down what went well and what didn't and how you could have improved it.

If you also write down a conversation that went on between you and a chick and like edited it to say how you could improve it

Great advice!

Mystery recommended keeping a note on you at all times with canned material/ techniques.

This is also basic in coaching.

Very good strategy I teach my students is to write down everything they did, see what they did wrong, and correct it.

It's easier to analyze a situation if it's written.
