Hey their is this HB1o in my history class that I have been talking to since we started the semester about a month ago...now I have only been involved with the whole PUA thing for about three weeks thanks to the book the game...anyways I haven't really been using any of the material on her partly because I dont know that much and second because she makes snapppy kinda bitchy remarks to me to break down my self esteem, sorta ike she is negging me...for example one day I was talking to her about wanting to become the singer of a band heres the conversation

HB: Oh (has a weird expression)

HB: nothing it's just that I heard you sing and(she makes awkward laugh)
cap_mo: what are you saying I am a bad singer
HB: I just don't want you to emberass yourelf, I am looking out for you as a friend
now I was pissed and I let that show another time after class we had this conversation

Cap_mo: (reading shirt on HB) nice shirt swimming isn't easy
HB: you don't have the body of a swimmer
Cap_mo: what are you talking about
HB: look at me see these legs these are swimmers legs
cap_mo: well I am a swimmer and I like my body what do swimmers bodies look like
HB: better
Cap_mo: (as I am walking her to class) well I was on the swim team so I do have a swimmers body
HB: just cause you were on the swim team doesn't make you a swimmer
Cap_Mo: oh yeah and who made you the desider in the issue
HB: well I was in the junior olympics three years in a row for swimming so I think I KNow

If a girl insults you, this is a test to see if you can take her crap.

When you get an insult, you need to respond with an equally harsh neg.

For example:

She says:"You don't have the body of a swimmer."
You say:"You don't have the body of a model."

From here, she will be taken aback that you weren't defensive, but offensive. ALWAY BE ON THE OFFENSE. When you get defensive you show weakness and show that she has the power.

About 3 months ago I just took the approch that everything she does is an IOI. Seriously it gives me such a huge confidence boost.

Another thing... don't let her bait you. If she gives you a neg, try not to respond with, "Why do you say that?" or "how come?" This gives her an opening for yet ANOTHER neg. A neg upon a neg will destroy your confidence quickly. Turn it around! If she had given me the comment about singing I would've responded, "Oh, that? (laughs) You haven't heard anything yet." It's a confident response and it shows that her comment didn't even phase you! Hope that helps.

I think you guys mostly beginners read too much into things, thinking(Oh man I need to choose my comebacks carefully or it won't sound cool).

don't take that from her, she is walking all over you. i like this one, try it out. next time she says something bitchy or condecending like, just simply say "Are you done?" with a smile on your face, if she says no, just start talking to the girl next to you or nearest to you. SHOW her if she wnts to be a bitch, you are willing ot just WALK AWAY or simply stop talking to her. even if the girl next to you isnt attractive, i'd just start up a convo with her "hey how you doin?" whatever, it doesnt matter. THEN when the convo stops with her, turn back to the HB10, (who should be jealous a little even if she isnt showing it) and then repeat. "Now are you done?" with a SMILE on your face. if she says yes, "good" and start from scratch. this girl knows she can get you which is bad. the threat of her LOSING you however could get you IN. don't be afraid to show that to her whenever she starts acting up. hope this helps, if anyone has any objections to what i have said, please clarify. good luck man

Read up on how to control the frame. This girl is owning the conversation and is alpha as you are beta. Start controlling the frame with her, throw out some negs back at her. Also when i get a shit test from women that i dont like i will just look at them with a wtf stare and not say a word to them until they continue the conversation about a different topic. This is very powerful is it shows that you are in your own reality and that you are controlling the frame. This also shows her that you will not qualify yourself to her. When she is throwing out these shit tests like you dont have swimmers legs you are qualifying yourself to her by telling her you were on a swim team, you are also dlv to her and on a 10 that wont work.
Control the frame, throw out some negs on her first, do not qualify yourself to her, make her qualify herself to you and most importantly just be ALPHA.

Hey thanks guys that stuff is really good, I saw the HB10 on wednesday before class, I neg the hell our of her, I would give you the exact convo but I can't remember everything all I know is by the time the convo was over she was qualifying herself to me and inviting me over to her house to watch disney movies I havn't gone yet but I will do it sometime thanks guys
