Money and success are both attractive because they create the impression that you're capable of taking care of yourself and others, ie the provider switch is flipped, amongst others.

What's more important is to realize that the "world's elite" arent surrounded by hotties simply just because they have cash, but rather that their success has given them the mindset of "I AM THE SHIT!". They have the confidence and conviction to handle any situation, and that gets the girls flocking to them a lot more than just their money.
