I hope you're not only doing pushups and squats...
You should focus more on doing cardiovascular excercise if you want to lose weight.
Idk what your goal is, but doing pushups and squats won't get you thinner or "hot"

You can do it dude! =D

Anyway you're attending some gym? Or Wii-fitness? Or yourself!fitness for pc (I lost 30kg thanks to that app)

Just be sure you have a healthy ACTIVE lifestyle. =)

I'm right there with you man. I've been pretty big for a long time, been working out 4-5 times a week for the past month and a half and I've already lost about 16 pounds and almost two pant sizes. Keep up with it, eventually you stop working out because you feel like you have to and you do it as a release. I'm getting to the point where it just feels damn good to go to the gym and burn some stuff off, especially when you start seeing the results; it can be down right addictive. There are plenty of us in your shoes and I wish you well.
