looking for a forum for your nickname wont work - cause it has to be relevant to you and your experiences/ personality...

think of what you like or what you enjoy and try associate it with this. It doesnt have to be related to anything in sarging...

myself -

well, i did call myself 'king' cause i was watching lord of the rings - return of the king when i first got onto this forum...

i then changed it cause it sounded pretentious to ming cause i was watching the old 'flash' movie...

simple as this - but while i am out in the field - i introduce myself as my real name - cause my name is american and is a little different here in oz...

My nickname came from a long time ago and it slowly changed to what it is today. If you want a nickname think of something that is important to you that is different from everyone else. Here is one I could just use for myself...

I was a cook for over 10 years and during that time I accidentally cut the tips off of 4 of my fingers. My knife slipped while I was cutting cucumbers and wham chop(yes, really true). SO I could turn this into multiple different nicknames:
Sixtips
SlippyMcChop (hehe.)
Decachef
Fingermohel
CucumberNemesis
or
Arch-Cucumber

Seriously, it is really easy. Yes, I know alot of these aren't very good but some aren't half bad.

alright well i just gave my self the nickname Ice

im and ice cream man...for some reason like my mom, i am always pretty cold even on a hot day

and my sarcasm at times seems like im a cold person

so why not

What's wrong with Nicholas? You don't _need_ a nickname to go out and sarge. I find it rather distracting, actually. I'm not about to tell a set my name is Monkey; it sets off all the wrong bells. I have a common name myself, and I find that telling people that it's Nicholas (as opposed to Nick) makes it stick in people's minds better.

Your name is Nicholas. Love it.

You have piss poor friends, though, so I'd see about finding some new ones. Friends with jobs, preferably (just so they're not mooching off of you later).

Why do you need a nickname? I suppose it could be fun... but it is definately not a requirement.

I will have to try using my alias when I sarge... I havent tried it yet.
