What's a good way to practice?

I'm having a hard time getting my AA so I figured what I would do is approach one set every day during the week (except Thursday) and then go sarging normally on Friday and Saturday.

When I have a long lapse between sets the AA comes right back. I know I should do more sets each day to get over it quicker, but I realistically can't find that many sets during the week.

I live in Astoria NY and there's one major place where people can be found. But like I said, at most I will only find one set.

Besides that I'm going to start taking some yoga classes to ease some of my anxiety and get some energy. I have dystemic depression and fatigue and anxiety are two big symptoms of it.

What do you guys thing? Is that a good plan? Or do you have any better ideas?

Have you tried the Newbie challenge?

Go to a mall or some place like that and say hi to ever person you pass. This is a good way to get over AA. Also, if you say this to enough girls, some will actually stop and chat. Then you can use some other things you've learned here.

No I've never officially done that. What kind of frequency would you recommend for that?

The best thing for AA in practice is approaching people who are payed to be nice to you. I always like to warm up on bartenders... girls working at a clothing store.. any clerks.. etc. They will be nice to you, it's their job! So always warm up with them. For me personally, it completely rids me of AA after just 1 warm up.
