New to MPUA Forum

I only watched the most recent episode so I'm not sure how the PUA show is, but does anybody know what PUA methods have been revealed in the show?

Were stuff like negging and opinion seeking openers used frequently throughout the show? I'm thinking once those methods become commercialized and girls start recognizing those tactics, it would be difficult to use in real life .

What do you all think?
