Anyone know any good palm reading techniques?

There are some good sites online that you can research up on. Or go rent a book from the library.
I studied up on a few palm lines, but only vaguely, I went more in depth on the heart line then the other lines.
Sometimes I give the subject the choice, I ask which line they want to learn about.

Just look online or in a book for some easy reading tips and tricks and you can become a good palm reader.

I usually start with looking at the hand,
after less than a second immediately give her a look saying something like (omg/oh shit - like if you just saw something shocking)
Keep the tension for a little while...
Then tell her: believe me .... you don't wanna know!

Tried it a couple of times - never got any problems with it. Works especially good if you realize that she is not completely comfortable with it or you don't want to get into too deep stuff/ keep it light.

Here is the basic structure of a palm routine modified for PUA-use.

Before actually getting into the routine, first make some playful comments about her personality. A little bit of teasing is always good. In order to transition into the routine tell playfully to her: "You see, I know your type. Just to be sure, let me look into your hands". Than take her hand and say: "I was right..". In 99% of cases, she will say "what?". Then start the routine by going through the steps below:

* throw a neg about her sweaty hands, than wipe her hands off on your pants (stay away from your c..k!!)
* tell her she is a loyal and honest person
* tell her she is a open and communicative person
* tell her she is sometimes stubborn
* tell her she is a problem solver but sometimes can be lazy
* tell her she is flexible and adaptable
* tell her she sometimes attracts older men
* tell her she has no tolerance for jealous man and control freaks
* tell her she seems like an active person that enjoys her life and she seems to know how to live it
* tell her you think she is open minded, also about sex
* tell her she is probably somebody who is very demanding when it comes to sex and that she seems not be afraid of experimenting sexually in order to keep it sex interesting. Tease her a bit about this.
* tell her she seems very respectful of herself and others among her
* tell her she is a very confident and happy person

Don't come off very serious. It's just a game that you two play together, so keep it playful.
