Well I haven't heard back from her since the last message I posted above. I intended it that way because I can't be bothered messaging on for 1 month before I fly back for those 3 days.

So I will try to reinitiate contact when the date is near. She might lose interest later but that's alright.

In my experience if a girl is on some social site she's missing something in her relationship and looking to trade up or have fun. This really doesn't quite apply to facebook though because of how it is usally used. This girl knew when you first wrote her or added her that she had a bf. she could have simply blocked you or not responded. Don't flinch when a girl tells you that she has a bf. With most girls having a bf means almost nothing. Personally what I say is something like this.

"Thanks for the info, but I'm going to treat you as if you are single anyhow. Bfs come and go. If i'm here watching what I say because you have a guy the conversation will just end up boring. Then should you ever be single, I'll just be a pal to you. So there won't be any of that going on, hope you can handle it "

It works pretty well for me. The average guy would back away and you'll just end up in the friend zone then anyhow. What normally happens if the girl and I keep talking is she will be playful like she's single. Then a chat or 2 later she will say how it isn't working with her bf and how she'd rather have a guy like me. Then it's like "well then we should hang out and see i you feel that way in person.". But you're in and you just have to close really.
