I was standing at the bar, getting a drink for me and a buddy I was there with. I know two of the bartenders REAL well (both guys) so we were talking, and I didnt notice the girl to my right. As I turned to leave, she looked at me. I immediately picked up on the sun glasses, and tossed out an immediate light neg, because its after midnight, and she still had them on.

She pulled them off, asked me how that looked, then proceeded to put them on me, took them back off, put them back on her, flipped them up on her head, back down, blew me a kiss and was off just as fast as she appeared... the whole run lasted less then 10 seconds.

Feeling as though I blew an obvious line of IOI's, and couldnt play it out fast enough to keep it going... what would YOU have done in this situation... to keep it rolling?

Heck, you probably did more than I would have done! When things happen too quickly I often feel overwhelmed and either wont act or stumble through something that pops into my head and hope it leads somewhere. I advocate being natural, in the moment and such, but I'm still at the point where a little planning and preparation always helps. As in, noticing a girl nearby, grounding myself and thinking for a few moments, then going in as to feel a tad more in control.

I would have used this as a planted seed.


Catch the kiss, looking at her put it in your pocket, and tell her you'll save it for later. Or catch it, and tell her you expect a real one later.

I like that. I will store that into my memory. Having a girl blow you a kiss is something that could happen a few times.
