I feel like these are all huge missed opportunities. I am just wondering what is a good opener to say in this situation. I am usually not bad with approaching girls and opening but I have blew this situatuon everytime it has occured and it has been a lot, at least 4 times when I went to the bar last week even one girl grabbed my ass lol.

Some classic stuff to do whenever there is physical contact by a woman you just met or haven't met yet is:
"Hey, how much have you had to drink?"
"Whoa - hands off the merchandise"
Immediately "turn it around" on her and act as if you are hit on all the time, and her obvious ploy of bumping into you isn't going to work....
That sort of attitude.
If she says, I'm sorry - as you indicated - don't let her off the hook with "it's cool" - tell her she owes you. "Buy me a drink and I'll let you slide...THIS time"
I'm sure everyone here can chime in with more - but all the above is better than "It's cool" and then.......nothing.
