Ok, a bit of a long and self-indulgent story but I hope some of you can stick with it and give me some advice.
In Brief: met a 4 set of Italians in a bar. Made a wicked impression and got a number close on my target. We walked home together as we live very close. Sent her a fun text with reference to a joke that evening and I had a good text response. (28/9/09)
A couple of days later I sent the HB a text seeing whether she wanted to go for a few drinks that evening. No reply until too late – it was an apologetic reply with the excuse that she didn’t get my text as she had her Italian SIM in that day. (30/9/09)
A day later I un-expectantly bumped into her and her friends in a queue for an evening language convention at our university while I was successfully Gaming another girl I just met which DHV. Talked to her and her friends for a bit that night but due to the nature of the convention it was only 5 mins of conversation. Went home fairly early. Then the following texting took place:
PUA: ‘Did you kidnap the internet man tonight? Have you got him tied up in your room? I know what Italians are like
the police were asking for him x’ (they had a guy come over after the convention to set up their internet)
HB: ‘Ahah we have internet connection now! We’re at the student union bar... and u? U at home yet?’
PUA: ‘ would have helped with your internet but I reckon you would have tied me up too and I am not that sort of guy… well not until the 2nd date! Should be safe in bed but I cannot hardcore party until 4am everynight like 4 people I know! Shout past my window! x’ (4am reference to Italian bars/clubs stay open later than English ones)
HB: ‘Well I will shout at 4am coming back home!!! But you are an old man!! It’s early! and… u are a really naughty boy!!’
PUA: Basically said if she is as hardcore as she claims she will be up for doing something tomorrow night and that I may call her tomorrow.
I thought until this point everything has gone well (thanks from my friend Chillaxx’s advice). However, in my excited state I called her around 4pm the next day but it went straight to answer phone so I left a message along the lines of… (1/10/09)
PUA: ‘Hey this is the police. I hear you may now have between 5-10 internet men tied up in your house! How much do you want for the ransom? (in a stupid ‘police’ voice then laughed it off). Told her I was off to a friend’s house to socialise and was wondering if she was up for a few drinks that night. (2/10/09)

It has been 4 days now. I think I have definitely overused the whole jokey kidnap thing. I am wondering how/if I should contact her again. I could not contact her and wait to bump into her again or wait a few days before I contact her but to be honest that really isn’t my life’s ethos also she is a pretty girl who will get grabbed up fast. So I want to contact her (preferably send her a text). Any suggestions for a text?
